The moment you join Productivity Coaching, you gain access to daily coaching sessions taught by Jen Henry. These sessions cover every real estate topic imaginable and are also recorded so that agents can refer back to them or catch up if they've missed one. All coaching classes are held via Zoom to make it even easier for agents to attend. Along with Jen's real estate lessons, agents are also provided numbers to call each week during "Fun Hour." This gives agents the chance to hone their cold-calling skills and Jen even offers prizes at the end for those that were able to reach the most people. The group also does buyer and listing consultation script practice every week via Zoom Breakout Rooms, as these are two of the most important aspects of real estate to master.

Jen has built an entire online course platform to ensure that agents understand the basics of real estate and have a clear vision of what they want their business to look like. These foundations cover your income goals, lead generation strategies, listing and buyer consultation, database, pipeline, and more and are essential to getting you into production within your first 90 days! Each foundation is accompanied by an editable workbook that includes quizzes and activities to ensure that you have retained this essential information.
